Who am I?

Transparant Samenwerken is a sole proprietorship run by Roy Vader, registered at Dijkzichtlaan 219, 2025 EP Haarlem, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce number: 42022056. I am responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement.

What data do I process?

I process personal data when you:

• fill in the contact form on my website
• book an appointment via the calendar tool
• email or call me

This includes: name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.

Why do I process this data?

• To follow up on your question or appointment
• To prepare quotes and carry out projects
• To meet legal obligations (such as invoicing)

How long do I keep data?

I keep contact details no longer than necessary for the purpose they were collected, or as long as the law requires (financial records must be kept for 7 years).

Do I share data with others?

I never sell your data. I use the following services where data may be processed:

• Tally.so: for processing submitted forms
• Cal.com: for scheduling appointments
• Cloudflare: for hosting this website
• Google Ads: for measuring advertising results, only after your consent via the cookie notice

All parties are GDPR compliant and only process data to support their service.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. Send an email to roy@transparantsamenwerken.nl. I will respond within 30 days.

This website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the site to work. I also use a Google Ads tracking code to see whether my ads are working. That code only places cookies if you give your consent via the cookie notice. If you decline, no advertising cookies will be placed.
