Who am I?

Transparant Samenwerken is a sole proprietorship run by Roy Vader, registered at Dijkzichtlaan 219, 2025 EP Haarlem, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce number: 42022056. I am responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement.

What data do I process?

I process personal data when you:

• fill in the contact form on my website
• book an appointment via the calendar tool
• have a conversation with the AI chat assistant (Sam) on my website
• email or call me

This includes: name, email address, phone number, company name, the content of your message and the text of a chat conversation with Sam.

Why do I process this data?

• To follow up on your question or appointment
• To prepare quotes and carry out projects
• To meet legal obligations (such as invoicing)

How long do I keep data?

I keep contact details no longer than necessary for the purpose they were collected, or as long as the law requires (financial records must be kept for 7 years). Chat conversations with the assistant Sam are kept for a maximum of 90 days and then deleted automatically. Form submissions are kept as a backup for a maximum of 13 months, after which they disappear by themselves.

Do I share data with others?

I never sell your data. I use the following services where data may be processed:

• Web3Forms: for forwarding the contact form to my mailbox
• Cal.com: for scheduling appointments
• Cloudflare: for hosting this website, the spam check on the contact form (Turnstile) and a secure copy of submissions and chat conversations
• Anthropic: for the AI behind the chat assistant Sam, which processes your question to provide an answer
• Google Ads: for measuring advertising results, only after your consent via the cookie notice
• Plausible and Cloudflare Web Analytics: for visitor statistics. Both work without cookies and without profiles, so I see how many people read a page, not who you are

All parties are GDPR compliant and only process data to support their service.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. Send an email to roy@transparantsamenwerken.nl. I will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the site to work. I also use a Google Ads tracking code to see whether my ads are working. That code only places cookies if you give your consent via the cookie notice. If you decline, no advertising cookies will be placed.
