Yes. You do not need to know anything about technology. I set everything up, explain in plain language what it does, and make sure you can steer it yourself.
How long does a project take? +
A chatbot: 1 to 2 weeks. A website: 2 to 4 weeks. Automations: often live within a week. Always with a fixed delivery date.
Am I locked into monthly costs? +
For chatbots and automations there are monthly costs for hosting and usage, always cancellable with one month of notice. Websites are a one-off. If you want me to maintain the site and keep it SEO-fit afterwards, we discuss a monthly arrangement. I set that out upfront.
What if it does not work as expected? +
I agree upfront what I will deliver. If it falls short, I adjust until it is right, without extra charge.
Do you also work for small businesses or associations? +
Yes. I always look personally at what fits your budget and situation. There are always options, large or small.
