Sound familiar?

Everyone is talking about AI, but your team does not know where to start

One person is already using ChatGPT on the quiet, another does not dare touch it. Nobody knows exactly what is and is not allowed with client data. Meanwhile, the EU AI Act has required since 2025 that your staff are AI-literate, with enforcement from 2 August 2026.

You do not need an IT department to do something about this. Your team just needs to see how it works and try it once. That is exactly what this session is.

What it is

Brief framing, then straight into doing

01

Honest framing

What AI is genuinely good at and where you should not blindly rely on it. In plain language, with examples from your own work.

02

Apply it straight away

Everyone picks a real task and solves it live with AI. I walk around and help. It sticks because you do it yourself.

03

You take it with you

Because you work on your own tasks, you leave with prompts and applications you can use tomorrow. No loose theory sitting in a drawer.

What your team takes home

After the session everyone can

  • Write a good prompt using a consistent formula, instead of just fumbling around.
  • Use AI for their own daily work: emails, texts, summaries, preparations.
  • Look critically at what AI returns, and know when not to trust it.
  • Handle client and company data safely, in line with the AI Act and GDPR.
  • Three concrete applications they will use tomorrow, plus a mini action plan.
Why this session works
I am not an IT person. And that is exactly why you will get it.

Most AI trainers are tech people who talk over everyone's heads. I combine over five years of experience working with groups and events with practical AI knowledge. I simply show you how to use it, and we do it together. No jargon, real results.

This is the training itself, focused on learning and applying. Want to turn it into a full team day out, with an AI escape game and a day programme? See Work + Play. If your team wants to keep learning all year, the online knowledge base is the logical next step.

For many companies, AI training may be eligible for the Dutch SLIM subsidy (up to 60 percent).

For whom

Made for non-technical teams

Local service providers, retail, hospitality, administration and accountancy firms, estate agents, healthcare practices, marketing and creative teams, associations and event companies. In short: teams that want to work with AI without diving into the technology.

Working in an IT or developer team with deep technical questions? A tailored session fits better, and we can discuss that easily.

AI Act

AI Act and AI literacy: what does this mean for your team?

From 2 August 2026, the EU enforces the AI Act. Employers must be able to demonstrate that staff who work with AI have sufficient AI literacy. For the most serious AI Act violations, fines run up to 35 million euros or 7 percent of annual turnover; penalties for the literacy obligation itself are set by the member states. Either way, without a policy you have nothing to show.

In the AI session, your team gets the essentials in 30 minutes: what the AI Act requires of employers, which AI applications fall under Annex III, and how to build internal policy without legal jargon. The rest of the session is about applying it to your own work.

A practical working session is a concrete way to meet the AI literacy obligation.

Applies to you too

No high-risk AI? The training is still required

Many business owners think the AI Act only applies to high-risk AI systems. That is not correct. Article 4 requires every organisation that uses AI to demonstrably make its staff AI-literate, regardless of what you use AI for. Having ChatGPT write an email already counts.

Enforcement starts on 2 August 2026. A practical hands-on session is the direct and demonstrable way to meet that obligation, and your team walks away with immediately usable skills.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any AI knowledge beforehand? +

No. The session is specifically designed for teams that have done little or nothing with AI yet. I explain everything in plain language and we get hands-on straight away. No tech talk.

What do we need to bring? +

A laptop or phone per person and a room with a screen or projector. I take care of everything else. We set up a free AI account together at the start.

How large can the group be? +

The session works best with up to around 12 people, so everyone gets a real chance to practice. Larger groups can be split on request.

Is this required by law? +

The EU AI Act has required since 2025 that staff who work with AI have sufficient AI literacy. Enforcement starts on 2 August 2026. A practical hands-on session is a concrete, demonstrable way to meet that obligation.

What does an AI training for my team cost? +

The half-day AI session starts at 1,250 euros for groups of up to 12 people. A compact 2-hour introduction starts at 750 euros. No VAT is added, I fall under the Dutch small business scheme. On-site or online, always including preparation tailored to your work.

Which AI tools are covered, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini? +

We start with ChatGPT because it is the most widely used. Claude comes up for longer texts and analysis, and we briefly cover what Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot can do. The choice depends on what your team already uses and what fits your work.

Can we get a subsidy for this? +

For many companies, AI training may be eligible for the Dutch SLIM subsidy (up to 60 percent). I am happy to think along, but the application and approval run through the subsidy provider.

What happens after the session? +

If your team wants to keep learning, you can follow up with an annual licence to the online knowledge base, or book a full team day through Work + Play. No obligation, only if it fits.
